I come here annually for Disney. This is always my go to hotel it’s close to the park which makes it an easy drive and there’s always parking when we get back. If we want breakfast there’s a diner there or McDonald across ect. Check in is always easy

No frills reasonably priced room for the area. Clean. If all you want is a bed n shower, this place works. Lots of eateries in close proximity.

The front desk staff is so very nice and friendly. The hotel room was VERY clean. The surrounding area is good too. Places to eat are abundant nearby and it's right off the freeway. Would stay here again.

Needs a lot of work, looks very run down , not pleasing to look at when you walk into the room, disappointed. Cobwebs on wall up by the celling and Mosquitoes we wear bit a few times, had to get them before we could go to sleep. very late at night just flew in from Chicago or we would have left.

Rooms were tiny, it was quiet, safe place, basic, José was great, not his female coworker. Still it was a cheap option between LA and Disneyland and it allowed us to do some shopping with the savings

This was trip number 11 to the area in the last 18 months and we have stayed in a lot of other budget hotels. This one is our new favorite and we have already booked our next stay. Its a budget hotel, so no frills, but there were things that stood out to me over other places. One thing that I do like is that they don't do bedspreads, they instead sandwich a blanket between fresh sheets, so you have a clean surface touching you. There was no mold in the bathroom, as there is in many other hotels in CA, as its a humid place. There was carpet, but it didn't feel/look/smell gross and my feet didn't turn black after 3 steps. In the corners and more hidden places, there wasn't lots of dust and grime, so you can tell they actually do clean pretty well. One thing was annoying but not a huge deal-the curtains are far away from the window, so light leaks in. My only real negative is that the door to the bathroom is a barn door, so no sound barrier and you can see through the gap. Housekeeping took our trash out and brought us fresh towels without asking, which was appreciated! The front desk has towels for the pool, which was clean and quiet when we went there. No hot tub, but that was fine with us. Front desk staff was very kind during check in, check out, and asking for pool towels. OH, there are also bathrooms in the lobby which is nice if you can't wait for your family to finish in the shower or if you need to do something not delicate!

They don’t serve breakfast but McDonald’s is right next door or black bear across the street. No microwave in the room only has 1 in the lobby. We checked in a little late we had just came back from Disney and the night guy at the front desk was rude. Other then that we enjoyed our stay.
