The place wasn’t bad but I don’t think it meets the rating that got me booked. I think the rating would be correct if we were rating only 3 start hotels. First of all there was only 1 elevator that is only accessed from one side of the hotel. I parked on the other side Without the elevator access so I decided to try to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. My room was all the way to the at the end where I was trying to get in. Unfortunately I couldn’t get in even with a key (no entry). Not upscale by any means but it wasn’t dirty at all. Pictures look way better than what I saw. I only experienced the guy working the front desk. He was great I have no problem with staff. The place was good enough for me for a 1 night stay. Place was ok at best for me.

Rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always extremely friendly. It’s also just a short 10 minute drive to Disneyland!
