Had an amazing stay here! Valet parking was great just a little pricey! The valet parking team was amazing so with tipping it was a little too expensive but overall had the best stay. The cleaning staff were very active and professional!

Broken air conditioning, it was 80* in our room, the front desk said they couldn’t move us, and they couldn’t even get us a fan because they aren’t allowed to go into the maintenance room after 7pm and had no emergency maintenance number to call. Then we realized the lights in our room weren’t working either.

Nice location
We stayed overnight to visit the theme park in the morning. The hotel itself is very nice. There is a restaurant and cafe in the lobby. The workout room was large and had lots of equipment. Location is great. Felt like a safe area and was located right next to a mall with lots of restaurants. I think the hotel is still fairly new and has a couple things to work out still. The water in our shower was really cold and never warmed up, and the TV was not connected to the Internet, so we couldn't use it. Minor details, but we would stay here again for a night.

Although aesthetically pleasing this property is a waste of money. The only positive experience I had was a lady in the restaurant who gave me a cup of ice and one valet guy. I flew in the Morning so stopped to see if I could check in early no rooms were clean they would call me when it’s ready. No calls. Check In at 4pm, I went back at 5 still not clean/ready. Finally got in to a room. WiFi out on the entire floor could not watch TV. People smoking marijuana in front of the hotel and front desk staff is rude. Went to shower in the Morning, doesn’t work. This was an absolute waste of money. I’m a Platinum Marriott member and gave this a try since it was a last minute trip. My first and last Hilton experience. Never again.
