My experience was a great one. Front desk agent was very friendly. Valet attendant was very knowledgeable about the area and places to visit. Housekeeping was quick and fast when requesting towels and bed change. Yes I would come back to this hotel again .

Property is new and still in good condition. However the hot water comes in and out when you shower. They charge too much for parking. Only valet parking is allowed and you can’t even borrow the luggage cart to bring your luggage to your room and when checking out. The valet are the only people allowed to use them which compels you to tip them. Coffee is so expensive also. Much more than Starbucks.

The hotel is a new one and it's very confusing since it's name is Hilton Buena Park. I ended up there thinking that I was booking Hilton Doubletree Buena Park. They're next to each other. Unlike the Doubletree, this one has no self-parking and you have to pay $25 for guest overnight parking. And it's very inconvenient to get your things (we had a lot) in and out of the hotel.

The staff from the Assistant GM to the front desk, the housekeeping, the maintenance and the restaurant staff - Amazing! Very kind, professional and accommodating! My family and I stayed for 8 days due to renovations on our house being delayed. Day 1-8 was awesome! Thank you!!
