We were greeted by knowledgeable and happy staff. My daughter recognized the associate from a previous trip, and he seemed to have remembered her as well, which was incredible! The hotel was renovated about six months ago, and our stay this time was just as clean and fresh as our last visit. I do wish the ice machine on the 4th floor worked, and the Starbucks in the lobby was definitely not up to my daughter's standard (just walk to the Knott's theme park Starbucks instead for actual drinks) but the beds and staff of the hotel were perfect.

The hotel is nice inside, and super convenient for our full day visit to the amusement park. There was gnats in our bathroom, not sure how and why, we had no food with us in our stay.

My daughter and I on a whim decided to make a last minute trip to Knotts Berry Farm. Booked hotel on our way driving there. We got there and the hotel is beautiful has a bit of a strange smell but not bad. Everybody was over the top nice. My only complaints are the bed was as hard as a rock and the bath tub stopper did not work. Of course it was after an extremely long day at the park and after filling the tub I realized it did not hold water. It was super convenient walking to the park and being able to come back mid day to drop stuff off and head back to the park. I was very happy and will likely return when we go back for future Knotts trips 😊

Nice enough hotel, loved the walk to the theme park. Didn't love the food As a diabetic attempting to manage my condition through diet, the hotel was ... difficult. Everything was full of sugar and carbs. I recognize that the hotel primarily serves a younger, theme park crowd, but there were some other grandparents there, and it would be nice to provide something for us to eat that doesn't require large doses of insulin. (and that would cause me to spend my food money at the hotel, rather than going somewhere else.)
