Needs a lot of TLC, place is run down. Need to invest in property. Owner making money because place was full. I won't stay there again, we need greedy owners money

I left since 10am for housekeeping didn't go back until almost 2:30pm and they never came to my room. All I really needed was fresh towels and toilet paper that ran out. Other than that it was a good stay overall.

The property was ok, clean and the staff was nice. The are near the hotel havs great dinnimg options and near great shoppings but the parking lot was full of homeless persons at night and a lot of people in pick up trucks with very loud mexican music park right outside the back rooms, i didnt feel safe going out at night.

The stay was good but the service was mediocre. The ice machone did not work Saturday through Monday. I had to walk to Starbucks and Jack in the Box, for ice 3-4 times. There are only two ice machine, for over three hundred rooms, and both were broken. The front desk said, it has been like that, for a week. Apparently, they are waiting, for a part. There was a representative at the front desk that was rude. She said, in a rude manner, I will go get ice, for you. She came back, from Jack in the Box, and said, here is your ice. I took one large cup, and left the other two large cups, for other customers that had been, asking, for ice. I stayed, from Oct. 5-7.

Room was basic but clean. The main problem about this room is that it faces the freeway which is next to the motel. I was wearing earplugs and still could hear the constant noise as I was trying to sleep. I had to turn the fan on High to drown out the noises.
