Disappointing Experience We recently stayed at Buena Park Grand Hotel and Suits in CA and unfortunately, the room was in horrible condition. There was a leaking bubble from the ceiling above the shower that looked ready to burst. The lamp had a broken lightbulb hanging out, the microwave didn’t work due to a faulty outlet, and the curtains were in terrible shape. While the staff were understanding when I reported these issues, I was mainly concerned about my deposit being affected. Thankfully, they assured me it wouldn’t be and offered us a discount for a future stay when they should have offered us a discount for this stay. However, after this experience, we won’t be returning.

Un viaje para Disney y nos quedamos en el hotel por 3 noches, el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación, el cuarto muy viejo descuidado y huele mal, en general el hotel está descuidado, no limpiaron en cuarto ni un día, solo pusieron 2 thoallas para una familia de 5, pedimos toallas y cobija extra para el sofá bed y tuve que ir por ellas,no hay servicio al cuarto, no lo recomiendo y no volveré a estar ahí.

A little in need of updating, but the rooms are nice and large, two queen beds in the bedroom and a large living room with a hideabed. The common areas are well kept and the staff was very competent. We had an issue with our room (the neighbors were loud and the AC didn’t work). The staff were extremely kind and moved us to another room. The pool area was very clean and we were impressed with the maintenance crew. We watched each morning as they cleaned it. It is a very short drive to Disneyland, Knotts Berry and Medieval Times.

This place has a lot of potential but you can tell it’s outdated. The elevator has the screen missing for the lights & are just exposing the plugs. We walked into our room & you can tell they just did the bed & that’s it. There was dirt all over the floor, a bunch of hair in the tub, grease stains of handprints all over the furniture. The door is all warped. It just felt dirty & I was disappointed busy it was my fiancé & i anniversary. Then we went to the pool, there was no towels so we asked someone that worked there & said they would bring towels & they never did. The pool was dirty as well & had a lot of hair & sand. Whoever is managing this hotel is doing the bare minimum & not really taking care of this property.

Floors in the room were extremely dirty, accidentally spilt water bottle on floor cleaned it up and you can see in the picture it was filthy. Toilet was plugged had to wait till morning for them to fix it. Went to front desk multiple times to ask for towels never got them worst experience in a hotel I’ve ever had.

I took a chance even though the reviews were terrible and I regretted it. First and last time staying here. The building is very outdated and the rooms had so many issues and broken things. The service was also terrible and inconsistent e.g. one employee was able to give me extra towels while another employee the next day told me that he would have to charge me for an extra towel because I only registered for 2 guests and did not register my toddler--so ridiculous! What's even more ridiculous is the fact that they ran out of towels so I was given 2 pool towels instead. There was also no way of reaching the staff unless I went physically to the front desk as my phone was not working and there were no labels on the phone anyway for anything like front desk/room service, etc. Bottomline: I don't recommend this hotel. Yes it's cheap but with so many issues, I would've gladly paid extra for a better hotel with adequate WORKING & CLEAN amenities and helpful/amicable staff.
