We got there after a trip to Knotts. Checking in was fine and nice but when we drove around to our room there was homeless lady walking by the mattresses thrown out by the trash. Weird people getting ice. The room was clean but grimey. The people next to us were up on night having a hotel party and opening and shutting doors all night. Loud and obnoxious. Never again

Convenient stay but needs better cleanliness.
My partner and I recently stayed here while visiting Disney! If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute drive to the park, this hotel is a convenient option, and we didn’t mind it at all. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with great options to choose from, which was a plus. The room itself was just okay. The walls were very thin, and we could hear our neighbors from all sides. We also noticed piles of dirt and debris on the floor between the nightstands and the bed, and there were stains and hair strands on the towels when we first arrived. Overall, it was decent for the convenience, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

I turned around when I saw people hanging out like they live in this hotel. I did not stay. There were several people loitering in front of rooms smoking, drinking, and camped out in chairs. The property has old thrown out furniture strewn on the property. It also appears as if there is prostitution happening at this hotel and the employee at the front acted like he was clueless. I asked for the managers name and he gave me two names that are not managers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our first room was dirty with towels and food in the room. The next room they gave us was clean, but there were roaches. I let the reception know and they couldn’t give me a new room. The best they could do was mop.

Wonderful overnight stay
Spacious room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Definitely will stay again! The window shutters can be fixed up as some are loose but still shuts when you reach for it. There are no place in the shower to rest the soap and shampoo/conditioner. Had to put on the floor. But overall this was worth the price! Very close to Porto, medieval times and pirates adventure. About 15-20 minute walk to Knott's Berry entrance.

It was disgusting. We originally booked it for 2 days but we left after the first night because we woke up to roaches in our pastry box and in our water container. There was roach traps hidden under the ac unit. If we would’ve seen it when we first checked in we would’ve never stayed the night. Customer service was horrible, never once did they apologize. The manager Amat was even more rude. He refused to give us a full refund, he only refunded us the night we didn’t stay and the first night he didn’t because he said he would loose his commission. I hope his higher up sees my post because they shouldn’t be renting rooms out if they know they have roaches.

Not so great.
When looking at the reviews and pictures it made it seem like the place was decent. It ia a MOTEL not hotel. The sheets were stained so were the towels. Lamps also had stains. It just felt gross being there. I will say the staff was friendly anc accomodating.
