I had previously stayed here with no issue.. however, this time was absolutely terrible.
Tons of ants all over the bathroom by the toliet, in the corner of the shower, coming out of the shower faucet. And all over the sink area. Nothing felt safe to leave out.
Giant spider crawled out from behind the fridge microwave area.
Didnt feel safe, there were men standing at the corner smoking and making gestures towards cars as they drove by.
Bed was so hard, sheets were dirty.
Huge gap around the door.. hard to lock & keep shut & light came thru all night.
Gave us two tiny towels.. when we asked for more we were told no basically. That they didnt have any and they could get us some at 8 in the morning, we were leaving at 630/7 to get to where we needed to be. The clerk was not helpful and i felt no sense of wanting to actually help us.. just no towels.
The shower.. the water was ice cold.. had it running for 20 to 30 minutes and was still ice cold, so i took a mostly cold shower.. around the 40 minute mark it started to get a touch warmer.. but never hot or of a comfortable warm temp. And i did try all different spots for where it should be warm.
I was supposed to stay 2 nights, after the first terrible night. I checked out and got a better hotel. They only refunded the nught i didnt use, still had to pay for this incredibly horrible experience.
Definitely would NOT recommend and I will not return.
Sad because it used to be a decent hotel.. but not anymore.
