It is in a very convenient location to all of the hot spots, beaches, Hollywood, etc. If you're doing Knox Berry Farm or the waterpark, it is within walking distance. Very comfortable stay for myself, husband and 4 children. Breakfast was served every morning, amenities and turndown service were always available and most important to my kids, the pool and hot tub were open and clean. We stayed in a suite and had plenty of sleeping/maneuvering space for the 6 of us. We would most definitely stay here again! And recommend to anyone staying in LA area with a car... This is outside of LA, but if super convenient to Venice, Long beach, Laguna, etc.

Was not comfortable staying here with my daughter. They put us in the far corner near the freeway. 2 men sat outside in the parking lot hanging out in this corner. We didn’t feel safe. I did book it for 2 nights but ended up staying somewhere else the 2 nd night. The door to our room was hard to open and close. Kept checking my car to make sure it was still outside.

Rooms were nice and clean but had some issues with the shower not getting hot at all and the bathroom door, which is a barn door type not closing or latching properly. Also no protein offered for the breakfast only carbs

The only positive of this hotel is the location. We will never stay here again. There was no hot water! Front desk said they would reset the boiler (?!), but it didn't work. Hot water on demand is a basic that they couldn't deliver on. We had to settle for a 3 minute cold shower to try to get clean. Breakfast was okay - just something to put on your belly. During our 7 day stay our room was only cleaned twice - even though we requested that it be serviced. I should have read the reviews better.
