The customer service coming in was horrible. There were 2 women one was training. She did one group then another before she got to us. There was a line out the door. She should have jumped on the second computer and trusted her trainee to do the right thing. Help if needed. The room was dirty. The floor was black w dirt. There was a smell of smoke in our room. That was not pleasant. Then we went to the pool. Omg the pool was freezing. Not warm at all. We were shivering the whole time. The hot tub was out of service too. Wasn’t covered so anyone could have fallen in. The food was meh. The run of the mill food sausage, waffles, eggs, cereal bread. Nothing fancy. The hotel is kind of run down. We chose it for the pool so highly disappointed.

Would not stay here again

The main reason I got this hotel was because it had a hot tub but it's been broken for over a month. There was no shower curtain. I had to go down and get it and put it on myself. The floor was filthy. We don't have pets and my socks were covered in dog hair. The bathtub had liquid soap in it, so there's no way it was washed. Pro? The staff were super nice and the breakfast was good.

Did not find out until check in time that they had no water. It was 8 o'clock in the evening before we could even get a shower or brush our teeth wished we would've knew in advance. We would've booked somewhere else. We stay there often and it's usually pretty good.
