Great rooms. Breakfast top notch. Buena Vista a nice small town with lots of activities nearby including Golf and Fishing. Only issue was no Air Conditioning, warm in the late afternoons (June) and early evening until it cools off since you are high up in the mountains.

Our host, Paz, was delightful and made a delicious breakfast. Our room was ready when we walked in and no on-site check-in required, which was nice because we were very tired. We enjoyed sitting on our private porch for a little bit until the smoke from the Gunnison Canyon fire settled in. Good linens, good water pressure. I would stay here again!

Exceptionally peaceful and quiet -- the B&B itself and the location a very short drive from Buena Vista and its stores & restaurants. Meticulously maintained inside and out. My room had mountain views in two directions, an extremely comfortable bed (like sleeping on a cloud - the main motivation for getting up was to enjoy the delicious breakfasts prepared by Paz, the charming, delightful host). My room shared the large second floor porch above the entry with one other room. Common areas downstairs were spacious and comfortable; snacks were available all day (including fresh-baked cookies). Excellent internet service. Can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely hope to return!

This B&B is a beautiful log home and the host, Paz, is very inviting and serves excellent breakfast fare! Great conversations at breakfast with the other lodgers, some of whom were international guests from the UK, Germany and Switzerland!

Where the B&B is in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood of Buena Vista, not far from downtown. The owner is a wonderful lady. She makes a homemade Breakfast served communal style around a large table where you meet your fellow B&Bers. And the view is incredible from our balcony!

My husband and enjoyed the 3 days we stayed at Buffalo Peaks B & B. The hostess was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the guests were fun to chat with. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing and our room Mt. Oxford was quiet and comfortable. We will definitely go back.

Bed a little messy because we had 3 nights rest. Very comfortable.

The host is so sweet and a great cook! Breakfast was so good and so much food, which was fantastic to fill up on before a day of skiing at Monarch Mountain. The lodge is extremely clean and is a great location, easy drive to ski or hike and just down the street a mile or so from restaurants and shopping. We will be returning anytime we go to the Buena Vista area for hiking or skiing!!! Highly recommend!
