Boutique super cute hotel. In Palermo, don Julio is at a walking distance. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, also helped book tango shows and boat rides. We took the delux king room. Room was modern, nice, clean and spacious. Bathroom had all that we needed, but a little small. Shower had great pressure. Overall, great stay.

Disappointing

No hot water when we arrived but we were told a couple hours and it would be sorted. Not a big issue at the time but we went on a day trip and when we got back, no hot water. In the morning the shower was still a problem, I had to run around under it to get wet. The service at breakfast was slower than the lift and the lift is painfully slow.

Excellent small hotel

What a lovely little hotel! Almost perfect! The decor is so lovely, with lots of attention to detail. Many other hotels should take a leaf out of the owner’s design book. For a tiny hotel (probably less than 20 rooms)it is incredibly well done, with menus, towels and many other things imprinted with the hotel’s unique logo. The staff are excellent; many speak incredibly good English and any emails or requests are responded to quickly. The rooms are of a very good size and very comfortable. Towels etc are of good quality and the bathroom is beautifully decorated. However, I don’t like the way the shower is set up - you do get a blast of cold water whilst trying to start it. I would like to see more international channels on the TV, even if it is just the news -but with fast wifi, this isn’t essential. The street it’s on is quiet, and at least 300m away from other places, so there are not lots of people or traffic passing and disturbing the peace. We loved the hotel and it would be our first choice when we return to BA, although it isn’t perfect (happy to discuss minor flaws if necessary).

I highly recommend this hotel.

A fabulous hotel with lovely friendly and helpful staff. We all were welcomed like family .So much so I was sad to leave. The beds were very comfy.The location is great. Used the subte (Subway) and Uber and safely walked around

Nice boutique hotel

Overall, we had a nice stay here. The design of the hotel is a bit gaudy but we chose it based upon the reviews of others rather than on its style. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area is fairly small but a very nice getaway from the busy city! Breakfast was included for us, and while it wasn’t exceptional in our opinion, it was quite nice.

It is a small boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff were excellent and the room was very comfortable. As it is a small hotel, lunch and dinner options were limited, but there are many restaurants in a short distance from the hotel. The small breakfast buffet was very good and other options were available upon request. It was in a safe neighborhood so walking, even in the evening, wasn't a concern.
