Expected more. Unfortunately the pool was closed (not open until Dec). Booked an executive suite but the room was more of a large double. Gym was hot and stuffy with no way to turn aircon on. Breakfast quite basic and we didn’t bother eating there every day as there were better options elsewhere. Location however was excellent. Plenty of entertainment on the street outside at night. Staff helpful and efficient.

Excellent location near most points of interest such as Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero, San Telmo, and Recoleta, especially if you enjoy walking. Area is safe for visiting during the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom needed some TLC. Overall, we had a very good experience in this hotel.

El hotel se encuentra a tan solo 100 metros del Obelisco por lo que se tiene fácil acceso a todas las atracciones turísticas de Buenos Aires. La calle frente al hotel es muy concurrida, ubicándose muy cerca la pizzería más famosa de la ciudad, una heladería famosa y las mejores empanadas Argentinas. La zona es bastante segura (sin olvidar estar alerta) El hotel en sí, como muchos edificios de la ciudad, tiene sus años de construido, no obstante, esta en buen estado de conservación, no tuvimos problemas con el agua como otros viajeros reseñaron en otros medios.

Somewhat charmingly old quarters in the heart of Buenos Aires. It's on a street that really does evoke Broadway in New York. The only minor drawbacks are that 1) cabs seem to always end up dropping you off on the other side of the 2x2 lane one-way street and 2) the gym as of July 2024 is a joke, little more than a decades old garage gym with sand-filled plastic weights, one machine, and an overall pretty bleak feeling. The room itself is a proper suite, with a desk in the room, a middle hallway with a bathroom, and a front area with a few chairs, a table, and a sink. The lobby is very large and comfortable, with huge couches. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
