The staff is friendly and very helpful. However, they need to work on some details, such as the water in the room, and check if the heater/AC works properly. The hotel is brand new and has considerable potential. For the business trip, it worked very well. Many thanks!

Son habitaciones muy limpias y la ubicación es céntrica, el personal muy amable para ayudarte en lo que sea. Los alrededores no son los más lindos pero no es inseguro, además el precio es un plus. El internet debe mejorar, al menos en el sexto piso.

her şey harika sadece resepsiyondaki kişinin İngilizce bilmemesi ve benim rezervasyonumu 45 dakika bulamaması gece yarısı çok can sıkıcı oldu. bir de Ferry için taxi çağırdığımızda ne kadar zamanda gelir diye sorduğumda 5 dakika demesine rağmen 25 dakika gelmedi ve sokaktan çağırmak zorunda kaldık yoksa Uruguay a olan ferry i kaçıracaktık. o sıra resepsiyondaki kişi de İngilizce pek bilmiyordu ve sıkıntı yaşadık. fakat onun dışında her şey mükemmel

Hotel bem antigo, mas bem limpo. Queixa principal era ferrugem no chuveiro, quando ligava tinha q esperar um.pouco antes de entrar. Recepcionistas muito queridos e limpeza excelente, porém o banheiro encarcava inteiro com muita facilidade.
