The hotel is in a very good location. The room is in good condition and the bathroom is clean and new. The breakfast is great.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the issues at the check in. The process itself was smooth but my card key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk asking for a fix on the card key or the door lock. First a young guy, a bell boy, asked me to go back upstairs with him and he showed me how to use the card key as if I didn’t know how. Of course the card key still didn’t work. He then apologized and asked me going down stairs with him. He then brought a master key and opened the room door for me so I could put my luggage in. I said I still need a working card key and he seemed no idea! I went to the front desk again and waited for the receptionist!
The bell boy was genuinely sorry and apologetic but he didn’t know what to do. The front desk staff seemed knowing what was going on but he took his time and didn’t offer much explanation or polite words!
They finally fixed the card or the door lock, after half an hour of the check in!
