La estadía en el hotel en general estuvo bien, las habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El desayuno podría mejorar ya que no tenía mucha variedad. Lo que hizo que calificara mi calificación fue la atención recibida por la persona que manejaba WhatsApp. Fuimos de turismo, nuestro vuelo se retrasó y por lo tanto los planes cambiaron, necesitamos ayuda del personal del hotel para que nos asesoren sobre qué hacer y cómo llegar y el único número que encontramos fue el de WhatsApp en internet, les escribí y la persona de una forma muy ruda, grosera y poco amigable dijo que no me podía dar información, que tenía que acercarme al hotel y le dije que no podía ya que estaba muy lejos y si me podía edel el número para llamar y anunciar que iba a ver un cambio de planes sobre nuestra llegada ya que solicité algo especial para el check in. Esta persona de manera grosera dijo que el número del hotel para llamar era “confidencial” y que no podía dármelo que tengo que acercarme. En fin, una pésima experiencia para turistas que nunca han estado en el país y sobre todo, que necesitaba ayuda y fue negada. El resto del staff ya dentro del hotel sí fue cordial

The hotel is close to many transport access point and restaurants. The high floor room has a great view of the city, but the large windows heat up the room quickly, AC barely can keep up even with closed heavy curtains. Bring your own tea bags.

Enjoyed my stay but initially when I went to my apartment which was next door from the hotel it stank of smoke, there were lighters and cigarette ends on the balcony, had to leave the balcony door which didn’t have a key open for a few days, very spacious though and a big fridge / freezer, cleaned every day, gym and pool good in hotel

The proprty is not higher standard. Thexstaff is not veru helpful and i had problem communicate because they speak poor english.vi had a room with city view which was a view of ugly buildings. I don't think i will be back here. We travel a lot so i have been in many hotels tjis one is not the best.
