Llevo viniendo al Hotel Madero muchísimos años y por primera vez me va bastante regular durante mi estadía. Lo primero es que ya está viejo y no quieren renovarlo. Lo más molesto de mi experiencia fue el hecho que las tarjetas de llave para entrar nunca me sirvieron. Todos los días tenía que bajar hasta dos y tres veces a que me cambiaran la llave. Esto en un hotel de Categoría no tiene porque pasar. Lo segundo que me llamó la atención es que en una estadía de 15 días dejaron 4 botellas de 500 mlts durante toda la estadía. Será que no pueden colocar 2 botellas de agua diarias por lo menos para poderse uno tomar los medicamentos? Muy barato eso con los clientes. Las cortinas o black outs todos viejos y Que dejan entrar toda la luz a la habitación. Señores por favor un poco de mantenimiento y modernicen el hotel que ya está muy viejo. La gente anda toda como con cara de molestos la atención muy escasa y casi ni lo miran a uno a los ojos. Les falta entrenamiento de calidad al staff. Mantienen un equipo de gente abajo “De Seguridad” supuestamente que lo hacen sentir a uno vigilado todo el tiempo y todos con cara y actitud de policías. La atención y la alimentación esta vez me pareció muy deficiente. Una carta y menú a la habitación bastante insuficiente y la comida llega fría y no con el mejor aspecto a la habitación. En realidad lamento mucho como el hotel se está viniendo abajo. Creo que la administración debe tomar cartas en el asunto inmediatamente.

A fine hotel, if a bit corporate in feel. The area was very quiet and bleak on a holiday weekend - the hotel needs better all-day food and drink options. Staff were top notch.

The service at this hotel is outstanding. It's the best part about it. The location is also great. The room is very big and nice. The only thing I wish was better is the COFFEE! I am not sure what is wrong with it, but it is not good. The breakfast also could be improved. One day they had sauteed vegetables which was good but the scrambled eggs were too runny for me and the granola didn't seem fresh.
