Nice little hotel in the middle of Palermo. The place is very charming, it is a vintage hotel in a vintage neighborhood so if your are looking for sparkling over sterile space then this is not what you are looking for. The staff are super friendly and are very helpful. Lots of dinning options near by and the area is quite lively in the evening.

A really quaint hotel that was in a really convenient location in Palermo Soho. The staff were great and super helpful in setting up our shuttle, checking in early and holding our luggage. The continental breakfast was good.

A lot misrepresentation - avoid this hotel
Shocked by the reviews here, location is the only good thing. Please check the bad reviews as they are more reflective of the reality of the condition of this hotel. Our rooms floor was dirty, under the toilet seat had not been cleaned. A lot of the rooms are misrepresented. There is no sound proofing and the hotel is adjacent to a bar and a ā€˜private dining roomā€™. The room smelt of damp, our room had visible signs of mould which is frankly dangerous. The entire hotel needs a renovation. We checked out after one night after not being able to sleep till 5am because of the noise. Hotel has failed to compensate us for the misrepresentations. Unfortunately I canā€™t upload videos.

We loved our stay here. Jose was so kind and helpful. It was the most charming place we've ever stayed. After coming off the busy streets it was a beautiful oasis. The location is excellent - near many delicious restaurants.

Well located Hotel at a good price. Lovely outside space. Staff were happy to help. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were adequate but probably could do with a refurbish soon. I would definitely stay again.

Magical holiday!
Post cruise visit to Buenos Aires during the Easter holiday. Quiet neighborhood, very walkable! The weekend street fairs are lots of fun. Lots and lots of restaurants all over. After taking the hop on hop off bus, we knew that Polermo was the right neighborhood for us, and BEN'S made it more perfect! The people running the front desk had all the answers to all of our questions. They also had suggestions for us. ****Note - there are no ATM'S in Buenos Aires. Bring cash and go to a Western Union to exchange for Argentinean pesos!
