Great stay

This was our first time in Buenos Aires and the Bens Recoletta was a great place to stay. The concierge was very helpful. I know only a little Spanish and we were able to communicate with ease. It was comforting to know there was always someone on duty at the desk.

The BENS Recoleta Park is a great boutique hotel in a very good location, within easy walking distance of attractions, dining and more. The hotel and the rooms are nicely appointed, and the staff is exemplary - they were so helpful and friendly both in person and through email. We would highly recommend a stay at BENS Recoleta Park!

The staff was very helpful! Erick went out of his way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. It would be nice if there was a backup generator. Our last day there, there was a power outage which lasted about 6 hours during the hottest part of the day.

We did not stay at the hotel. The photos and descriptions are way off. Actually the hotel is in bad conditions. It was non-refundable but we still left and went to another hotel in the neighborhood.

Great stay

This is a great hotel to stay in. Great reception staff, very nice room and breakfast. Only they’re very slow to clean the room even after being asked 2-3 times. One breakfast staff should be advise not to be on their phone so much! Amdu great location.
