Estuve hospedada el viernes pasado y fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. Había elegido este hotel específicamente porque ofrecía pileta indoor y spa, pero al llegar me encontré con que la pileta estaba fuera de servicio y nadie lo informó en ningún momento, ni al momento de reservar ni antes del check-in. En el spa, la mayoría de los servicios no estaban disponibles, por lo que terminé haciéndome lo único que había, que no era lo que necesitaba ni deseaba. La atención en la recepción fue poco cordial desde el primer momento, lo cual no ayuda cuando una llega con expectativas altas y buscando relajarse. Fui para el casamiento de mi hermana CON MI HERMANA (la novia, y todo lo que eso implica en la previa de su casamiento) y me aseguré con anticipación de avisar que vendrían maquilladoras y fotógrafo al cuarto. Me confirmaron que no habría problema y que lo dejarían anotado. Sin embargo, cuando llegaron, no los dejaban subir y tuve que explicar la situación más de cinco veces. Una situación innecesaria y estresante en un día tan importante. No recibimos ningún tipo de compensación ni disculpas. Una estadía que se suponía iba a ser especial y relajante terminó siendo una fuente de estrés, frustración y enojo por el mal manejo del equipo del hotel. Una lástima, sinceramente.
