Overall property was very rundown and unclean. My room was not fit for anyone to stay in. AC broken, tv broken, no refrigerator, light went out in bathroom. Employees tried to make every excuse they could as to why these things happened. They only offered $50 off my entire stay, which was over $560 total..changed me to another room, which then had an active leak from the ceiling above the toilet. Employee tried to make excuses about that too. I’ve have taken photos and video and will be reaching out to higher ups. I’m usually not one to complain, but to make excuses like it was everyone else’s fault and I was exaggerating until I showed photos and video, is completely unacceptable. Even crazier is that they immediately put someone else in that room after I moved to the room next door. If hotels in the area weren’t sold out, I would have left completely. I spent a lot of money on this trip coming from California and this was just not ok. I love the Best Western and have never had issues before, so this was a first. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Location was good. Stayed 2 nights never cleaned the room, or fresh towels. Not sure if that is there policy, but would have been nice to know when checking in. Great coffee 24 hours. Big plus lol

The room was dirty with a leaky faucet and a bug in the sink. The AC did not work and was extremely loud waking us up. The room was far more expensive than it was worth and the quality was shockingly low for the room rate.

The good: the staff were professional and attentive. The room was clean, the breakfast was good. The bad: outdated, dark dingy decor. Very strange updates, like light switches for the shower installed outside the room. AC did not work in our room. Toilet paper holder coming out of the wall, chunks missing from tile and grout. Poorly maintained.

The bedding was stained, there was a candy wrapper on the bathroom vanity and the AC didn't work at all. Finally at midnight I went down and asked for a room with working AC, was told there was only a king bed room (we had four adults with us), after insisting for 10 minutes that I needed to be moved, he finally had another room magically available. Hotel is gross, and run down, and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

ok property in a somewhat secluded location. Booked last minute so this was the only option available but still pricey ($250). Small room, felt like old bed and sheets. Breakfast was good (with pancakes/bagels/bread, potatoes, bacon and eggs) with good customer service
