The hotel is dated. There was a strange musty smell in the room. When I was got to my room, I accidentally hit the door with the luggage cart. The cover over the electronic lock fell off. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it. No one ever came. Luckily, I was still able to get in and out of the room. Later I decided to call the desk to request a late check out since I was feeling under the weather. No one ever picked up after multiple calls to the front desk. I tried again this morning and still no answer after multiple calls. I finally dragged myself out of bed and waked down to the desk. The lobby is on the other side of the hotel from the rooms so it was a little bit of a walk. When I got to the desk there were 2 associates at the counter yet, no one answered the phone. I explained that I had an evening flight and that I was feeling under the weather. I’m a Bonvoy member so I asked for a 4 pm check-out. I was told that 2 pm was all they could do. Meanwhile, the cleaning staff was cleaning most of the rooms on my hallway so I didn’t understand why I wasn’t able to get the later checkout. This was very disappointing but had I not been feeling sick. I may have let it go. Now I’ll be sitting in the lobby for several hours before I head to the airport.

Area was ok. Food options minimal. I had a newly renovated room on a high floor it was pretty clean. I was there for the Buffalo Bills game. No shuttle to the game was a bummer. Overall rating Was a 4 out of 5.

We had the most terrible experience at this location. We had two rooms booked. The front desk assigned the same rooms to two separate families and blamed this on their corporate booking system. Then came the housekeeping, who skipped over our rooms. Our rooms werent clean and definitely not at par with the Marriott standards. We have never had such an aweful experience at any of the Marriott chain of hotels.

The hotel was perfectly clean and quiet. The area around the hotel seems safe enough, but it's not very walkable. I've stayed a few times and never had any problem. Housekeeping and front desk.staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The in-hotel restaurant has very yummy selections and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay! Niagra falls is a must see!!
