Easy check in- easy parking- clean lobby and bathrooms- nice outside area w fire pits. The new remodel is nice the beds and pillows were very comfortable - the bathroom sliding door however was totally not private- whoever else is in the room can easily see you in the shower in the bathroom etc not good! No fan in the bathroom so whatever your doing in there can be heard loud and clear - I wouldn’t stay there again only because of the gaping sides and lack of privacy in the bathroom 😩

Overall a great stay. Unfortunately the elevators are by the back doors which lock at 8pm and therevis no way to get in wigh your card. Extremely inconvenient as we had to go through the front doors and walk all the way through the hotel to get to the elevators. Also when i arrived i was told my room was newly renovated and the flooring had large dents which hurt your feet when you walked on it.

I can’t believe this hotel is not rated higher! I just had a 5 day stay and my room was great, the staff was more than happy to grab things I needed refilled, and it was different people everyday and everyone of them was helpful! My bed was a decent kind of comfy, the shower was great with the extra detachable shower head and shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall. Even the towels were nicer than expected- soft enough- not thin or cheap. Fridge worked well and so did the tv which I can’t always say for places I have been. I will def be staying again without a second thought

It's pretty old but our room was newly renovated. Free parking and buffet breakfast that comes with the accomodation was superb! Room service was not made on time but it was all good. My girls were pleased with their cake, was hoping they had candles to blow though. Kudos to Roe who stayed on top of all this.

To begin with, I was disappointed by the reception's lack of courtesy and welcoming attitude. It felt like they were running a monopoly business. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like coffee, and there was no breakfast provided. If breakfast is available for an additional charge, Expedia should have informed me beforehand.
