Stayed for 5 days for work. No one came to clean the room for 5 days. The front desk morning lady was the absolute rudest inconsiderate person I have met working a lobby mornings at a hotel. Breakfast was made late almost every morning. I was told I had to wait to get anything before leaving for work (my mornings start at 530, and I just wanted a couple “to go” items. During the day there was a younger gentleman working during the day and there being “no smoking” signs he was lighting cigarettes before being fully outside to smoke them from the lobby doors so the entire lobby smelled of cigarette smoke for the time he was working. I was told the gym was under renovations by one staff member one day and the very next morning I asked a different staff member they said it was only the pool that was under renovation and they other person apparently didn’t want to unlock the doors to the gym. Anyways what I’m getting at was this was the worst hotel stay I have had in a very very long time and I’ve been traveling for work for more than 12 years…

When we arrived we were put in the wrong room. The key malfunctioned most of the time. Our floor lamp broke the second day. We found ants in the room. There was no fridge. The bathroom was too dark and the shower curtain kept sliding open. Breakfast was lacking, and you could see everything behind the scene in the employee area. Oh, and the overhang in the front of the building had fallen off

Is this what you get now for your good money?
Broken key card reader had to switch rooms after going back twice. Broken pool not working. Broken window was patched up with scotch tape. Broken heater made noise all night. bathroom had peeling wallpaper and no towels had to go back again. Pull out bed had no sheets. Had to keep going back to ask for everything. Front desk had his airpods in so probably could not hear me properly when i can back the third time. Sad when you pay so much based on good reviews.

The property is under renovation so there was construction going on everywhere. All of the amenities they advertised were out of service during renovation. The room we had was very dirty, staff clearly didn’t clean, the second bed in our room the frame was fully broken and you could not lay on the bed at all. Close to Highmark which is why we came but location and the staff being very pleasant were the only good features.

Although they say it has trailer parking, there is none. The hotel looked like it was falling apart and the pool and gym were both closed. We didn't even stay, we didn't feel safe there.

There were a few bugs / bettles in the room. Am sure, its a on off case. The indoor pool was not operational. That was a bummer. The staff is very congenial and helpful. Kudos to them. Overall, its bang for the buck.

The front staff was very nice and great when we stayed there Our room was dirty The key to get in our room didn’t work so the front desk had to let us in every time very inconvenient. We were told we would get a discount for the inconvenience however it did not happen. Overall very not impressed with the experience

We took cold showers 2 out of 3 days there, the toilet seat was barely secured to the toilet, missing artwork from the wall but the hangers were still in the wall, tvs were very old, very strong smelling cleaner/deodorizer in hallways.
