The hotel is convenient. It needs a good facelift. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, as well as the wallpaper in several places in the room.

No staff at the front desk
The front desk was not covered by anyone the night-morning of Dec 10th. The sign at the desk stated if assistance was needed to ring the bell that was on the front desk or call a given phone number. No one responded to the bell and no one answered the phone. I was told by the front desk staff on Dec 9th she would be there the next morning to assist me with a change in my reservation however she was not there.

Overpriced but friendly
The place was OK and it was clean; however for a room with no refrigerator or microwave I felt the price was too high. It should have been under $100 a night room instead of $150. However, the girl that checked us in was very friendly. It was late when we got to the hotel room, so it was very nice to have her friendly attitude when we checked in.

Not the best
The hotel is old and not kept up well at all. The keys would not work, there were stains on the bedding, there was peeling wall paper and the heavy perfume smell was terrible.

The ceiling had massive stains on it, outlet by bed didn’t work, hole in the shower wall with tape over it. The overwhelming smell of air fresheners takes your breath away and caused me headaches.

Front desk staff were all very pleasant and always greeted us. We stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast had plenty of options. Water in shower had good pressure and was hot. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Everything worked like it should. Hallways smelled like air freshener. Surprisingly it didn’t bother my sinuses. Overall a flawless stay. Will be using this hotel again whenever I’m in the area.

Hair dryer was smoking, wall outlets not working, phone not working and a bar sticking out of the bed frame left me with a big bruise on my ankle. The did provide us with a new hair dryer and said they will remove it. It is pathetic that I had to pay extra for a fridgerator.

Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean but in need of some updating - especially our bathroom - lighting very dim, no plugs in either sink or shower drain. Free breakfast was adequate. Overall, great location, great price, fine for one night, but in need of some TLC
