The ceiling had massive stains on it, outlet by bed didn’t work, hole in the shower wall with tape over it. The overwhelming smell of air fresheners takes your breath away and caused me headaches.

Front desk staff were all very pleasant and always greeted us. We stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast had plenty of options. Water in shower had good pressure and was hot. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Everything worked like it should. Hallways smelled like air freshener. Surprisingly it didn’t bother my sinuses. Overall a flawless stay. Will be using this hotel again whenever I’m in the area.

Hair dryer was smoking, wall outlets not working, phone not working and a bar sticking out of the bed frame left me with a big bruise on my ankle. The did provide us with a new hair dryer and said they will remove it. It is pathetic that I had to pay extra for a fridgerator.

Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean but in need of some updating - especially our bathroom - lighting very dim, no plugs in either sink or shower drain. Free breakfast was adequate. Overall, great location, great price, fine for one night, but in need of some TLC

Room door didn't lock for the first night. Staff were able to fix. Tub faucet dripped continuously so we had to wrap a towel around it or you would hear it when trying to sleep. Phone in the room didn't work. Staff were great!

Breakfast was nice. The full beds seemed small but were comfortable. The bathroom was gross by the shower. Obvious water leak caused the wallpaper to pull away from the wall and warp. It was fine for a one night stay.

This hotel needs updating. The toilet is too low, lighting in bathroom is horrible. The internet was useless going in and out the whole time including in the middle of the night when I woke up. We will not be back.

There was a distinct smell when you walked in, not sure if they had just had the carpets shampooed but it was a strong odor. Our room (119) was adequate, the window opened and we discovered the next morning that it was not even locked, I feel that is something that should have been checked and locked when the room was cleaned. Our TV remote also didn't have a back cover on the batteries. Not a big thing, but wierd right?? The lady on the front desk that checked us in was excellent and friendly.
