Bathroom was clean however when looking at corner chair and all the stains on it, one wonders how clean rest of room is. Asked for extra bed sheet and couldn’t get. Also, very expensive for a budget inn

The people who work there are great, friendly and always happy to help. Pool is nice and breakfast is pretty decent. I love staying here.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They gave us a great recommendation for where to go for dinner. On our way to our concert at Riverworks. The hotel itself was clean. The room was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better place. We will definitely be rebooking when we go back for a concert in November.

We arrived early for check in; around 1:30 pm with a service animal and were told that we could not check in early as there were no rooms ready, which was a lie as the cleaners were getting ready to leave and sitting outside on their phones. The lady working the desk was very nice and did manage to get us in a room by 2:00 pm. We have always stated here due to the proximity to the stadium for the bills games, but unfortunately this might be our last. The room had a horrible smell, the entire place is very run down and not very clean, our duvet had yellow stains all over it.
