Good times

Friendly service and clean accommodations, we reserved two days in advance and arrived a day earlier than expected and had no problem getting the extra day added with the stay. Although the elevator wasn’t working at the time and we were on the 4th floor the added exercise wasn’t a problem😊

The hotel elevator is not in operation; if you enjoy walking up to the second or third floor, then this will be an enjoyable stay. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed and bath linens are fresh, clean, and white. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast is generous, with fresh eggs and sausage, yogurt, bagels & breads, cereal, and coffee. The dining room is very bright and clean. The swimming pool is small, but very comfortable to relax in. I had an enjoyable stay.

The elevator was broken my whole 5 day stay. That was an inconvenience. The pool was off colored and quite warm, almost like a hot tub. Kinda gross.

First. The positives-friendly staff, very clean, amenities such as the pool, solid location and real breakfast, not just some fruit, bread, muffins and cereal. The negatives-rooms are too small and uncomfortable, especially the bed. Second, you must request ckeaning staff to come to your room to remove trash and dirty towels, and even then they'll get to you when they decide too. I requested this service and they show up three days later. If I hadn't put the trash and dirty towels outside the room they would have still been there. Too late of a start for breakfast was another negative. Last, elevator was not functional the entire stay and that's bad when you're on the third floor and have to take bags up several flights of stairs. It wasn't a complete negative stay, but not worth the money paid for the room. I'm not sure I would stay there again as there are better hotels, but not an entirely negative experience.

Property was nice. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The other guests, however were very noisy and thoughtless. The elevator was broken, which didn’t matter that much to me as I usually use the stairs. Other guests and some with children were banging doors, speaking loudly and being otherwise inconsiderate of their neighbors between 11 pm & 8 am. Perhaps the management can establish quiet times and post these. Although the price was reasonable, I may think twice before booking at the Comfort Suites next time O travel to Williamsville. If you cannot sleep, there really isn’t much point in staying there.
