Overall the hotel is beautiful and definitely gives off a luxury vibe you might not expect in downtown Buffalo. The bathroom is amazing, the bed was comfortable. My only complaint about the rooms is (as other reviewers mention) the walls are super thin, you can hear everything in the hallway and neighboring rooms. Staff were friendly, although not necessarily super-attentive. You might need to track someone down to get what you need the bars/restaurant, but they will get you what you need and they were all nice. The area around the property is not much if you're walking, but if you're driving there is lots to do.

The Curtiss is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Buffalo, where I travel monthly for work. Conveniently located in downtown Buffalo, it's just a short walk to restaurants and other essential amenities. The staff are always friendly and exceptionally accommodating. I also love the dining options, and the rotating bar is an extra special treat!

Decent sized room w a great bathroom. Area around the property was okay. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Average continental breakfast. We asked to be transferred from our first room because we could hear full conversations from next door (?). Front desk staff was very receptive to the request and was also helpful with restaurant recommendations. Overall it was a good experience.

there was valet parking- did not expect that, and you don't have a choice in the matter. they park the car in a lot across the street that they must have a contract with.
