Best Western obviously does not like to clean their rooms anymore. It’s like twisting somebody’s arm to get them to come in your room to change out towels and to give you fresh toilet paper.

This is my fav place to stay in Buffalo. The beds are comfortable and the window opens for fresh air. Always clean and tidy. And the staff is super attentive.

Love the employees....all exceptionally nice! The room was very nice as well. The cleaning crew left linens all over the hallway as we went to our room .... That would be my only complaint is their methods.

So, I paid whole amount than two days and guaranty amount $100. Next day this hotel charged $58,10 and the next day this hotel would like charge again, but amount already was $150,11, but I blocked this charge by my bank, because I paid whole amount before!!! Can you explain what is happened? The money wash criminal fancies or just mistake?

This appeared to be a fairly new establishment when we went in may 2024. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Close to the highway but not walking distance to much things. We only stood here for one night to catch our flight the next day anyway and had a rental car so it worked well for us. Would definitely recommend.
