Staff were relatively friendly however the computer system wasnt working whch resulted in us having to stand there and switch between computers for almost half an hour while they tried to get the card reader to work. This ultimately resulted in us being double charged for the (refundable) incidental fee which was frustrating. The bathroom was nicely updated but the shower had a flaw in the base that caused the water to leak all over the floor.

Great experience! I especially appreciated the layout of our room. It wasn't just a long super-skinny room. It was a square shape so it was more open and relaxed. It was clean and quiet so my husband and I slept like babies. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast ever with eggs, bacon, fluffy waffles and a really nice coffee maker allowing you to select from several specialty coffee drinks. They also had a sugar free coffee flavor syrup, something I don't see often. We were just stopping by to rest for the night so I can't speak to the shopping or anything else in the area other than it seemed pretty nice.

The room was smaller than I thought it would be there was a lot of dirt and dust in the fan in the bathroom. The water temperature wasn’t all that great in the shower and the shower pressure wasn’t good. I didn’t really care for the breakfast, but the hotel was close to the college, which was where I was going with my daughter to see if that’s where she wanted to go after graduation.

Clean, modern and friendly staff. BUT it was so noisy I couldn’t sleep at all! In the middle of the night people were talking very loud… someone was training a new staff at 3 am?!? Then starting 6:30 am I could hear people talking & laughing microwave going off.. smh Please be more mindful of your guests.
