Bad. It looks like an old government building or school that was renovated into a hotel. The rooms feel like a dorm room. Be aware that the walls are paper thin. The couple next to me was blaring rap music and the walls were so thin that I could hear their entire conversation in between songs... until 2AM. Top it off with a dog in a room a few doors down that barked until 11PM. I didn't feel safe as a single woman so didn't use the exercise room.

Hotel staff never salted the entrance ways or parking area they both are covered in snow the entire stay Hotel pool has algae growing on the bottom surface , management is never available and the staff barely speaks English

You get what you pay for

Waited a half hour to check in at 5:30 p.m as no one was the counter. Extremely loud all night. Drunk people swearing in hallway. Had to ask for silverware and dishes. Not in room.

For the almost comparable market rate, the facilities could be much better. There was no coffee maker and very limited bathroom supplies in the room. No cold or hot water available for drink. Breakfast was barely anything!

The room was clean but the pool was disgusting and unsanitary. Water was dirty and black and mold all around the pool. My kids was upset because they couldn’t swim as planned.

it is easier to say what I liked....and that was our room was very close to the front desk; our smoke detector was BROKEN, the temperature, when we arrived was 44 degrees, (despite me calling about the hot tub) hot tub was out of order, the pool area was FREEZING and the breakfast was SO sparse, not even a piece of fruit

Clean and was just okay

Poked it for the feee breakfast but realized it wasn’t a hot breakfast. Just had coffee oatmeal and granola bars. Disappointed. Went to Burger King.
