All in all a good stay
Our room was very clean bed was comfortable but pillows were not they were very soft. The room got chilly in the night and the heat would not stay on due to a short in the wiring. Minor stuff. All in all a good stay

Paid for a Whirlpool did not work nothing else was available so we had to stay in that room no discount was given. If you came down late for the continental breakfast by late I mean 9:00 when they serve till 10:00 there was limited options available half the time that they're not refill even when you asked for more they would say that's all they had.

Overall good hotel. Just was very noisy in the mornings when we stayed. Got woken up by people running in the hallways each morning. Also staff at the chrck in were quite slow checking guests in and long waiting time trying to ask questions

We love the location, and the hotel in general. Close proximity to stores, restaurants and colleges. We stayed there a month ago. No issues with the bed. This time, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly all the way down to house keeping. Our room was very clean and spacious just for the two of us. Walking distance to Target and a lot more stores. The hotel is in the lot with Chic fil a and McDonalds

Very family friendly - if you’re into that sort of thing The Hampton was a good stay. We stayed for 2 nights on a long weekend. It’s clear that the Hampton caters to family travelers. The pool and public areas are in good condition, the hot tub is quite hot. The staff are friendly and professional and there is a nice welcome snack when you check in. The number of kids at the pool at any one time ranged between 6 and 17 kids. Have you ever heard 17 children all scream at once in a room that is essentially an echo chamber?? I have. I thought my eardrums and the windows would all shatter. At the pool, pool noodles and large water guns seem to be provided. Which again , is nice for families, but waaaaaaaayyyy less nice for everyone else. The gym is located in the lobby so might not be for everyone. Bottom line, if you’re a family with younger children, great, everyone else, beware….
