The building is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and modern. The only downside was the breakfast—it was quite poor, and I couldn’t even drink the coffee.

Had 3 rooms all scattered in hotel, reception was able to get our rooms closer together and on the same floor-thank you. Both at front desk were very friendly and informative. Impressed by all of the amenities to benefit disabled including a lift at the pool. Bed. Pillows and breakfast ok. No freezer compartment in refrigerator . Lots of hooks in bathroom is a huge help in getting dressed and hooks by the door for jackets/coats big plus. Some rooms are showers only, no tubs. Of the 3 rooms, I am the only one that does not use a tub and yet got one-no one complained.

Convenient to UB. I liked that they had a special area set up for families to take pictures with their UB graduates. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Shower was spacious and had good water pressure. Great bath essentials provided. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the pillows were not at all comfortable. Like typical hotel pillows these days, they flattened out immediately when your head hit them making them virtually useless. Didn’t use the pool, so can’t comment on that. Breakfast was excellent with great, fresh options. Overall, a great stay. Will definitely be back.
