The promotional image indicated smoothies were available to go, but they were not offered during my stay. The room felt a bit dreary, with dim lighting and unappealing grey decor. Also didn’t like the sliding bathroom door for privacy. It could benefit from brighter lighting and a more inviting design. However, the rest of the building was well-decorated, bright, and pleasant. The breakfast options were quite limited; it would be nice to have bananas available daily, along with dairy-free or lactose-free milk alternatives. The room also lacked some complimentary items like a shower cap, which would have been appreciated. Although I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it seemed suitable for kids, though it was on the smaller and shallower side. Overall, the hotel was clean, well-located, and had friendly staff. For the price, it wasn’t a bad stay.

This propery is very very clean. Room nuce size with comfy beds and excellent shoeer and cleanliness. Staff welcoming and Bills lovers. Breakfast was really great good choices and food hot. Free coffe/ tea 24 hours nice touch. Hampton is outstanding in Amherst New York.
