The building and room are in poor repair. The shower and bathroom had a lot of stains. I couldn’t tell if it was stains or it was dirty so I did not get to take a bath like I wanted to. The staff was rude at check in and made me feel bad for rent no a room even though I live locally. I am a busy mom and just needed a night to myself to relax.
I was profiled, because I am African American who was treated less than. I had no clue of the many rules before I booked. I told her that Expedia did not specify all those Hampton inn rules she said so, my family traveled far to be treated less than. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to this establishment.
Sighed highly disappointed.
