The first night there was a large group of parents socializing loudly on my guest floor. It kept me awake very late. The front employee told me they can't enforce noise after 11 pm, only 'suggest'?! He said my only option was to switch rooms (at midnight). Terrible service. This is not an inexpensive hotel. My expectation is for a good night sleep. The next morning the day staff were accommodating and gave me a different room on another room. After that first night, happy with the hotel.

Check-in is 3pm. Room was not ready until 4pm. Understanding there was a ‘storm’ adjacent to Downtown Buffalo (and not a flake of snow near the Hotel) and the Hotel was ‘short for cleaning staff’, those checking in should be prioritized. No compensation in any form was offered, including an apology. I also watched the manager walk around the check-in area with a clipboard without intervening or offering additional support.

Empty wine bottle left in the closet. The pull-out couch was covered in crumbs. The plugs in the lamps were so loose we couldn’t use them. The pool was very small and chilly. It definitely needs updated.
