I was very disappointed that we didn’t get the room we booked. I reserved a king bed xtra space with pictures showed as a room with a couch The room we were given had one single chair. When you are spending 3 days you need a place to relax at night. Spoke with front desk and we were told we were switched because of a big group coming in. I won’t return. I need a comfortable room when staying 3 days.

We didn’t sleep good at all. The people in the room next to us were very noisy and since the walls were paper thin we could hear them very loudly. It was uncomfortable and very annoying. We called the front desk and told them about and they did took care of it.

The phone did not work in my room. Only one towel in the room. Had to use my cell phone to call the hotel. When i asked the front desk to send up 2 towels i was told house cleaning did not start until 9am. I was then asked to come and get them myself. I asked them again to make an effort when they could. Only one elevator working. Mattresses piled up near the elevator on the 4th floor. Very poor water pressure in the shower.

We had someone pounding on the floor above us all night. I called 3 times and nothing was done. Ask for a different room and was told there was none available. Poor customer service

Staff were lovely, morning breakfast included a variety of items (coffee was terrible - there's a Starbucks close by). The room was clean however we were given a wheel chair accessible room and the bathroom was dingy). Close to Target and the Walden Galleria so was great that way.
