I stayed here for one night and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. It’s a beautiful hotel, very clean and super close to everything! Staff was also super friendly!

We booked this hotel as it was nearby the shops and a good price but more importantly we booked it for the kids so they could swim. Unfortunately , the pool was closed during our stay.

The staff were very nice, however no quiet hours were enforced. There were about 8-12 girls running, jumping and cheering until well after midnight on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The walls and floors are paper thin so you hear every footstep--all...the...time. Even with the TV turned up you can hear the constant motion above you and out in the halls and adjacent rooms. If you need quiet for sleep then this is not the place for you. The pool is deep but small as is the fitness room.

Will stay here again

Stayed one night with my family of 4. Front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. We booked a 2 queen bed room - it was surprisingly large and was very clean. The bathroom is slightly outdated but not terrible. The location is great. A few minutes to downtown Buffalo & not much longer to Niagara Falls. Next to a nice mall, lots of food & shopping options. We will stay here again.

Nothing great to say but nothing bad to say. It was an affordable hotel near shopping which as a Canadian is perfect. I will say however, their breakfast was impressive and the food was actually really good.

No remote(called office and they brought one), privacy shade would not close, soft spot (hole) in living area covered with carpet. Furniture in hall which was a huge fire hazard. Person at desk was missing and front door was open. The elevator did not need a key card to get to the floors. Anyone could walk in
