The place was dirty and the bed had dirty sheets. The front seat was poorly run and didn’t pick up the phone. The breakfast was horrible and it was overbooked.

The clerk was "cold" at best. I asked for extra coffee pods and she got them. Then I had to come back from my room because I had no coffee cups. She POINTED to where I could get them myself. No "I'm sorry about that". Just pointed. Aren't hotels supposed to be HOSPITABLE??My handicap accessible bathroom floor was greasy and slippery: like a filthy mop was used on it. Let me repeat: my HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE room bathroom floor was slippery.

Had an amazing 2 night stay here. This hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and cozy and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a standard king room and it was clean, had great and cooling and heating options, there was a desk with a coffee makers and coffee and tea supplies, a mini fridge and a microwave (which was a bonus as it wasnt listed on the website). The bathroom was stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I read a review that mentioned to bring an HDMI cord to watch movies on the laptop to the tv which was a great tip. Wifi was great. The breakfast buffet was delcious with many options. It was slightly different each morning but had grilled hashbrowns/home fries, scrambled eggs/veggie omlette, bacon, toast, pork sausage, turkey sausage, a pancake machine that makes fresh pancakes in front of you, bagels, fresh fruit, oatmeal, chocolate and white milk, coffee, tea, juice machine with apple, orange and more. It was a big selection, you wont be disappointed. Thank you to Juanie who was working the breakfast area. She made sire everyone had everything they needed. Thank you to Troyce who checked us in and got us in a little early. Thank you to Dishon for helping us with a little late check out and thank you to Darnale for checking us out and helping carry our stuff to the vehicle. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone lookong for a hotel in the area.

Fun family weekend!
We went out on a Friday thru Sunday, the hotel was busy. Breakfast was good, the pancake machine was fun but I’d prefer a waffle. There was a nice selection over all. We would stay here again.

Room was clean, enough toiletries, wash clothes and Towels. The lobby was welcoming, guest were help promptly, breakfast area was nice and the coffee was hot and tasted nice. Staffs were pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking. The only thing we found when we were going down for breakfast is that our door lock was not catching therefore our door could be push open from the outside. We reported it to the front desk.
