Double room was booked well in advance and paid in-full as to secure my booking. Upon arrival (~5pm) os the Saturday evening, I was advised there were no double rooms available? As I stood there in confusion, I was asked to move aside while the clerk checked-in two more parties before re-addressing my issue. Two King beds rooms were offered in lieu for my family to split us amongst the two rooms.

Smoke alarm went off at night when I was asleep. Could not fall get back to sleep. Mentioned this to front desk at check out. She was unapologetic, and unsympathetic. I WILL NOT BE BACK, AND MAY NEVER CONSIDER STAYING AT THIS CHAIN AGAIN DUE TO THIS EPISODE.

Check in us at 3:00 pm. We arrived 3:15 pm and there was not room available. We had to wait 20 minutes. Next morning at 6:00 am gire alarm went off. Looked like somebody had burned bread. Fire fighters didn’t even come. 7:00 am we wanted to check out. No staff was available
