We had a good stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast has some variety. The staff in the breakfast area must be commended for their kindness and helpfulness to all the guests. They made sure to help the guests in so many ways in order for guests to enjoy their breakfast. It is a short distance from the Walden Galleria, which is convenient for shopping and other restaurants. There are other hotels in the immediate area so that is what surrounds this hotel. It is very close to the airport .

Pool was to be up and running before our stay ! We showed up 2 weeks after the time it was to be re opened to be told it’s still closed! Checked into our room to find someone’s underwear in our window ledge…. Ugh was put into a new room thankfully much cleaner.

The shuttle service ends at noon and doesn't start again until 5 pm means if you arrive at noon like I did, Uber is 14 bucks. No diner, vending machine for drinks broken or empty. I will not stay here again. Good price but false advertisement in my book

Extremely disappointed with Holiday Inn
It was not possible to complete our stay because the manager changed our room type ehe day before ()according to what the desk check in clerk told us). This was due to the hotel being over booked she said. Also it was impossible for her to fix this for us. Therefore I was forced to cancel Our stay after we had already arrived on the property and seek other accommodations.

How disappointing.
Checking in was not a good experience. There were hockey teams sitting all over the floor and on the furniture, blocking the way to the front desk, loud, and obnoxious, I could not even hear the receptionist. There were four hockey teams, and they proceeded to be up until two in the morning out in the hallways loud, and very inconsiderate of people trying to sleep. We had a long drive ahead of us to New Hampshire and did not get adequate rest. In the morning we could not eat breakfast at the scheduled 7 o’clock time because the same hockey teams had completely made a mess from the night before that the health had to clean up before they could make the breakfast available to customers. So not only did we not sleep good we had to wait to have any type of breakfast. For the amount of money we paid that was not acceptable. The restaurant help did not get paid extra to clean up the mess and the front desk also had issues having to create new keys, 25 times for these people because they did not bother to , use the key to their room properly. I let the manager aware of this entire situation.

Everything was great, except pool was closed. I chose hotel with pool because my kids were with me and they were extremely disappointed. I asked for partial refund. They said I had to speak to manager. I have had no success reaching the manager.

A total disappointment
Definitely the hotel rooms need a major cleaning or remodeling. We stayed on room 209, after we asked to be moved from room 319 that was very close to the elevator and the ice machine that was making a horrible noise. Room 209 seemed okay, but there are so many things that we noticed. The toilet area was dirty, and it look that a deep cleaning was needed. The shower floor was moldy and gross, and the wallpaper was peeling off. The chair and the ottoman were old, and the material was peeling off. The TV did not work, and despite calling the front desk someone was sent to restart the system only after I went downstairs and more than 30 minutes wait.
