Nice stay, would recommend the hotel
Good service, staff is customer friendly and interactive. We enjoyed the stay prior to our flight. Took a flight out of Buffalo to Palm Beach the next day so we ended up staying the night prior. Nice hotel for the price, nothing special, but good got a Holiday Inn. Flight with Jet Blue was 1/3 the cost of Air Canada out of Person for the Holidays, would look at this option as an alternative if you agree with the ridiculous fare prices and lack of Quality that Air Canada currently offers..

This property is old and needs updates. Room was not vacuumed, dirty fridge with half empty beverage cups and straws in it. Front desk was polite and seemed fine BUT as a woman traveling alone, felt very uncomfortable with one random man sitting in lobby by front desk at 12:45am, also another man sitting outside the front door. I decided not to stay the night and left.

Cracked window that was covered by tape, TV didn't work, missed cleaning room 2 of 3 nights for no reason (No, my "Do Not Disturb" was NOT hanging). Profanities written on shower glass that would appear when you shower which is evidence of not being cleaned. Dirty towels,never answered front desk phone, rude emplyees.... I think that is enough
