We chose this hotel for convenience to airport. It was easy to drive to restaurants and local attractions. The elevator had a sticky floor that was not cleaned up until the weekday crew arrived. Other than that, the hotel was attractive and comfortable for our stay.

The hotel was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Niagara Falls. The breakfast was good but the lady that attends the breakfast area is what makes the experience great. She is so friendly and attentive. The hotel appears to have been either built or remodeled fairly recently because everything looked updated. I especially enjoyed the fact that they use dove products in their bathrooms. The only negative thing that I would have to say was the pool. I know that they have to keep it clean and disinfected, but the amount of chlorine was a little overwhelming. It even caused one of us to get a very bad eye irritation and at one point I had to step out because the smell was making it hard for me to breathe. I would still recommend this place and would definitely go back if needed. There’s not really much to do in the immediate area but we still had places to eat and go shopping if needed.

Very awesome. Super clean, convenient and comfortable. I want to find something to plain, but can't find anything. I used to stay at Marriott, but now I changed my mind. The price is definitely worth more than Marriott. The quality is much better than Marriott.

We only stayed for 1 night while visiting the Niagara Falls area. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin was fast and easy and the staff were readily available to help and answer questions both at the front desk and in the breakfast area during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was good with several hot and cold options. We enjoyed the omelettes and self-service pancake station. The pool was clean and our 7 year old really enjoyed it. I wish the pool opened 1-2 hours earlier for the early risers who prefer to swim before breakfast. The fitness center is open 24/7 but the pool is only open from 9am to 10pm. There was a fan making a loudish noise right outside our room but once we went inside the room we could barely hear it especially when the a/c was on. We were on the 1st floor and could hear people walking on the floor above us which wasn't a big deal but did make it a little hard to fall asleep when they returned to their room in the middle of the night. The ceilings seemed higher than at most hotels but not as sound-proof. Our tv remote didn't work the first night and I got a replacement from the front desk but the second one also didn't work that well. However when we tried it the following morning it was fine so I don't know what was going on with that. We would still stay here again if we were visiting the area and probably request a room on the top floor.
