The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff were nice. Unfortunately due to it being in the summer, the area is very quiet because all of the theatres (it is in the theatre district) are closed until the fall season.

Hotel staff was a little confused about our reservation but were able to figure it out. Overall it is a fine hotel. However, they do not properly refrigerate their breakfast items - specifically dairy like cream cheese, yogurt and milk. The cream cheese sits out on the counter for hours and the temp of the milk fridge is way too high to keep foods safe enough for consumption. Food poisoning waiting to happen.

Spacious guestroom with pretty French doors for the bedroom. Desk person B.W. at check-in was delightful, efficient, helpful, and sweet. Safe and secure building. Would stay again!

The lack of parking was kind of a pain. It ended up being $16 a day to parking in parking garage recommended by hotel. It was just a short walk away and easy to find. Room was bigger than expected, clean and perfect for our family of 4. We brought an air mattress and there was plenty of room for it. Beds were super comfy but the pillows were FLAT. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. We preferred the Starbucks that was close by for coffee. They also didn’t have breakfast one morning of our stay due to staffing. Staff did a great job putting up notices to let people know. The best part was the location. Other than the noise of the train during the day, it was super quiet and within walking distance to everything. The waterfront was beautiful and the restaurants amazing. I have never been to a city that was so quiet. Next to no traffic (car or people) it was actually strange. We will definitely visit again and would stay at this hotel.
