Our room wasnt ready on check in, and they put us in a room that smelt like smoke, before putting us in the original room. We were about to checkout and asked for a few hrs late checkout, and the employee made a passive aggressive comment, before agreeing to give us more time. The staff were very nice and helpful when things didnt go right, but it was one small inconvenience after another, which added up and was frustrating. For $250 for one night it was not worth it.

Weird incident with wet floor
I was happy overall. There was just one weird thing. I arrived late at night and noticed there were a bunch of towels on the floor outside the door in the hall. When I came into the room, I noticed the floor was wet near the bed. I was too tired to ask to change rooms but it was weird. The rest of the room was made up but they must have forgotten to come back and deal with that.

Very friendly, helpful desk and valet staff. Room 805 had large stain on carpet that looked like it could be easily steam cleaned. Sink cupboard missing a door. Ordered a cocktail at the bar. After 45 min wait while rest of my party ate, checked w/ very pleasant waiter to be told bar tender didn't have ingredients. Would have been nice to have been informed of that sooner and to have been offered an alternate choice.

Definitely not a $400.00 a night room
Room was very dated, peeling wallpaper, various stains, leaky faucet, furniture was small and uncomfortable. The room was stated to sleep 3, but that was not the case. Coach was not suitable for sleep on (to small). All three of us had to share the King bed. Definitely not a $400.00 a night room, more like half that at best.
