It was nice being in the middle of downtown where the places we were visiting were relatively easy to reach and go to. Also, big shout out to Kevin at the front desk area. He’s the man, made sure I was happy and everything was going smoothly the entire time I was there. Went above and beyond to handle some stuff for me too. Mans needs a raise or at the very least some acknowledgment for his ability to help make a guest comfortable while staying there. Shout out Kevin

I felt like I was untreated like cuz it was a mistaken to happen at this hotel that I thought it was snacks or for free instead of they come and ask you excuse me you got to pay for it the manager follow me to the elevator and then say where I'm going and this are you going to pay for it I felt like I was I don't steal I don't do anything but I was very screen wrong unhappy
