Room smelt like smoke
This is a highly rated hotel I think 8/10 on hotels.ca. But our experience does not reflect that. We woke up to smelling marijuana smoke in our room. Called the front desk and they told us it was from outside. They didn’t offer to come and check out our complaint, just brushed it off saying it was from outside. Very disappointing service. Also our room, there was dirt on the walls. Overall this hotel could use a deep clean or more attention to details to ensure it is clean for new guests. And for a nonsmoking hotel they should address complaints when guests bring them forward.

We travelling with a child toddler. It would have been a lot better if we were able to bring the food back into the room. Instead, we were not able to take full advantage of the breakfast.
