Gross stay rude people the staff didn’t come @ bed

I asked for a manager three times he was never in no matter what time of day I’m very upset. There was cockroaches which I do have pictures and the man was very rude to me and I’ve stayed in a lot of acquaintance and this one really blows. I called my credit card company and I am fighting this disgusting
