It was decent for the price. We didn't have a remote for our TV and when we asked they said they didn't have any extra, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The blankets on top of the bed were soiled and stained. The phone in the room did not work so we couldn't call the front desk. The closet had an iron but all the screws holding it to the eall had come out of the wall and it looked like it could fall off the wall at any moment. The toilet paper holder was a cut out in the wall. Pull the waper and the holder would come from the wall. The door frame on the room entry door had also come loose and the door needed a lot of force to close. The elevator was dirty. The corners looks like they were never cleaned. I have stayed at many La Quintas and never have i had an experience like this. When I brought everything to attention of the front desk, the lady was clearly disbursed by the fact I would mention anything. She was on personal phone calla on her cell and anytime someone came to the front desk she asked her personal call to hold on. The next day I informed someone else of the room issues. He took note of the items that required repair and was shocked when I showed him pictures.

The room was not ready for 3 pm we had to come back after the football game to check in . 1st floor ice machine was not working , the pool was out of service. In our room- the remote for the tv was missing , the climate control was turned off in the room and the coffee machine had a missing piece , so no in room coffee in the AM . We heard at least 3 different dogs barking from 3 different rooms during late evening . We were on the ground floor . On the flip side the room was clean .

Convenient location, but cleanliness was poor. Coverlet on the bed was stained, unsure if the sheets were clean. Shower was not clean either. Okay to stay but wouldn’t book again.

The hotels carpets in room and hallways furry ,stained ,holes (in room).Elevator floor dirty and floor button didn’t widen and two occasions room door key had problems .The cost for a two night stay exceeded the conditions we certainly will not be staying or recommending this hotel .

I was alone, and did not feel I was safe throughout the night. Maybe not as much the hotels fault, but there was banging on mine and neighboring doors around 6am, rooms shaking and yelling throughout the night. I was terrified throughout the night, and got very little sleep. I was fearful to open my door and see what was going on. Overall not a great trip.
