Upon arrival noticed room phone did not work.i mentioned the issue to the front desk and the problem was not dealt with before departure two days later. Luckily we never needed to use the phone. Other than that our stay was quite enjoyable

Listing False- very disappointed

The main reason I booked was because it listed a sauna. When I inquired about sauna hours I was told they haven’t had one in two years. Paid extra for this amenity! Hotel was nice but only reason it was chosen was for the sauna. Felt like leaving, but couldn’t

We stayed at the M Hotel, M stands for Millennium, during a holiday weekend. As a result, they were fully booked but guest services were friendly and helpful. Check in time is at 4, which is on the later side of check-in times, but yet rooms were not ready until well after 4:00 which was disappointing. Our Suite was huge and the jet tube was spacious enough for two people. For such an old hotel, the new Millennium owners did a fine job with renovating the inside and outside while keeping the old mid 1980's feel of the tropical and cozy pool courtyard. The rooms had impressive updates like Samsung TVs, Moen bathroom faucets, and comfortable beds! The hot breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast you might find at a roadside chain hotel. They lacked someone to wipe off tables and empty garbage cans regularly. But, they did keep up with replenishing the food which was impressive considering the amount of guests. The gym was a little below average and only consisted of a handful of cardio machines, a couple of exercise balls, a bench and a row of dumbbells. It would have been nice if the bathroom sauna was open/functional and if the gym was cleaner. Location was excellent! The Galleria Mall is a short walk away, across a couple of parking lots, and there are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance as well. Our We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was overbooked, dirty, and most of the amenities were not available. We had 4 adult sized people in 2 double beds when we were supposed to have 2 queens.Luckily they did bring a cot. The website shows a bar and restaurant which were not open at all during the stay. The hotel lacked cleanliness and maintenance. Faucets leaking and dust everywhere. I would not stay here again. Also they charge a $250 deposit that wasnt disclosed for potential damages..
