Check in was easy and quick. Great location for everything we needed. Pool area is beautiful. Room is decent. Bathroom a little run down but they are working on renovations. Would stay here again for location and convenience and price.

The hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of shopping and restaurants all around it. The courtyard is a really unique space and was the reason why we chose to stay there. The hotel definitely has some miles on it. It looks like alot of things are worn and ready for an upgrade or at least a paint job. I wasnt happy to find that at check in, i had to pay an additional $500 incidental security deposit for our 2 rooms. I was lucky that my card had enough money on it to cover the fee. Hopefully it is returned shortly. We also were granted a late checkout of noon. At 11am, our door was pounded on and a woman yelled that we were supposed to be out. We ended up leaving before checkout.

Incidental fee incident

Days prior to my stay I called the hotels number provided by hotels.com just to TRIPPLE check the cost of incidental fees just so I had enough my card , I was told $100 even after asking the rep to double check …fast forward I arrive via Uber with my kiddos and was told the incidental fee was $250 so I immediately called the same number and that rep was only willing to update the new fee amount and could not help me ..after freaking out in the lobby because I felt defeated and left with no help the hotel front desk representative helped me obtain a room 🙏 .. a hour in security came to harass me about who all was a guest in my room and made me go to the front desk .. I felt belittled completely but still had to manage through the night 😢

Hotel did nothing about noise two nights where people were partying in the courtyard till 1AM and other guests partying in the hallway and then fighting till 2:30 am. We booked through a hockey tournament. We'll be advising the tournament not to use this hotel in the future and will also report it on other platforms. Spoke to staff and they weren't willing to compensate us for a terrible weekend.

We stayed here because of the location and the price. The room, bathroom, elevator, lobby etc is dated and worn. Room was clean, staff was warm and friendly. Breakfast, parking included and price less than $100 per night for a family of five cannot be beat.

I like this hotel but I don’t like That the incidental fee has went up it’s $250 that’s more than the room my room was in the back it was a little dark and the chandelier was broken. The breakfast was ok but I would come back again I like the room with the pool view

Things advertised on the website weren't available. The arcade room was a joke, The ice machine didn't work. Had to walk around a table in the hallway due to a light fixture hanging from the ceiling.

There was a lot of kids and you could hear running around on the floors. The room next to us was an adult playing music very loudly and talking on the phone, we could hear the full conversation. The table in the room had a residue on it along with the headboard on the bed. The shower had large paint chips coming off on the floor of the tub. I didn't want to shower and was worried about cutting my foot if I did try to shower. They have a pool, which looked okay, but we did not use since there were a ton of kids. Location is great and next to the mall.
