The room was really dirty and the bath tub was stained brown and peeling. Overall hotel was very clean. Pool was closed for unknown reason. The best part is the breakfast buffet in the morning.

We were unaware a childrens hockey team would be taking over the pool on valentines day evening, we got a poolside room and after not being able to go in the pool due to lack of space, couldnt really enjoy a movie with children screaming. Which wasnt that big of a deal since the courtyard closes at 11pm, or so we thought.. drunk men were out there screaming until 2am keeping us awake and the same men back out there screaming like college frat boys waking us up at 8am. Overall the room was amazing and the hotel staff was friendly, but unenjoyable for a romantic night on valentines day.

The room was dirty. The bathtub was peeling and the paint peeling up in the tub. was sharp. No soap. Loud rooms on either side. Big gap under the door. Had to shove a towel under to block. Will never stay there again.

I am 78 years old and not great with mobility. The first room was (in my opinion) he furthest from the entrance. There was only one chair in the room. It was an office desk chair on wheels. It was not in the best shape. Twice I almost fell off the chair when it tilted. There was no other chair in the room. Because of mobility issues, I asked for a walk in shower. I was told that the hotel had limited availability for this type of room. The hotel staff was the redeeming fact of the hotel. They were above excellent.

I booked a room overlooking the courtyard because I thought it would be pretty. It was but I wasn't able to enjoy it or the pool during my stay. There were hundreds of kids running around screaming (in town for a hockey tournament) until at least midnight. The parents were no better they were down in the courtyard hooting and hollering until midnight. Kids were running up and down halls knocking on doors.. screaming and yelling..leaving their garbage everywhere!! I didn't call and complain because the situation was totally out of control! Otherwise the staff was excellent! The food was good. I would recommend asking for a quieter place in the hotel if you want any sleep.
