Showing its age - scuffs & water stains on walls & furniture. Mop in bucket of dirty water, old filthy vacuum cleaner & dirty laundry bin remained in hallway during the entirety of our stay. Housekeeping knocked on door @ 8am although we were checking out that day. Reception & shuttle staff were great.

This place is awesome its got everything. From great workers to comfortable beds. Amongst alot of other things such as great bar and restaurant and the look of it inside is quit elegant also. So im my mind this place is basically the best hotel that i have ever stayed in. And the jacuzzi is definitely a plus also

The bed was VERY comfy. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive comment I’ve got. The shotty workmanship was obvious everywhere. Just outside the door to my room were 2 active ceiling leaks. Inside the room, the security door latch was broken, and I found leftover food from a previous guest under one of the end tables. (I brought all of this to the attention of the front desk). The TV was sluggish. The jetted tub was janky - the jets were hit or miss and the hot and cold water handles were loose and difficult to manage. It’s clear this hotel is investing very little into the quality of the property. Mirror tiles were detaching from the tub surround. There was a crudely painting piece of wood screwed into the wall to cover up something. The ventilation in the bathroom smelled like burning electrical when turned on. The climate control was lagging. When I first arrived I asked the front desk for extra pillows and was told by the clerk that he wasn’t sure if that was something they offered and he didn’t even know where to find extra pillows. I PAID for a late checkout and was still interrupted multiple times by house keeping - once a phone call, twice by knocks at the door. I’m grateful I didn’t pay a dollar more than I did. I should have known the price was too good to be true.

Third time Stay

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Each time the staff was friendly, and the room was clean. There is a shuttle available to take you to the hotels fine dinnig restaurant. Not walkable to other dining. Short drive to many other dining options.
