This is avery nice place. Right across the street from the Buffalo International Airport. Clean,quiet with a great staff. Easy driving distance to Highmark Stadium. It could use some touch ups but overall agreat place

Very pleasant stay
We did an overnight stay for a hockey game. Check in was great. We came early because it was a 4:00 game and they let us check in without a problem. Very friendly, charmed no place to stay. Clean, quiet. Definitely wanna stay longer!

Overall the hotel was good. A bit outdated, but clean and friendly staff. I did not receive any VIP treatment nor the $10 food credit. I was a little surprised with the ala carte cafe that charged for breakfast. The decor is awesome and pet friendly environment.

Check in was a breeze and the 2 ladies at the desk were great. Has a nice sauna, Only draw back is the bar was closed and only open right now on Thursday, Fri and Sat.

We had asked for a renovated room as we were at this property before and it was not renovated or clean. It wasn’t busy so this could not have been the excuse. In need of clean over haul. Staff was very accommodating.

Had a huge red stain in our bed. I don’t know if it was wine or blood but it looked like it has been there for days. Room service was not available at all when we needed it because they apparently have left early. Room did not look like what was posted on the website.

I come from Canada and will always book the garden place for our state when we are traveling. The staff is always friendly, the airport shuttle is very easy to use, they are always quick and efficient. I've never had a bad experience here. I do miss their free breakfast though haha

It was nice to stay at a place different from the rest. The Garden Place is a unique and overall a very nice place to stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed 1 night and as it was quiet , clean and friendly , the rooms need some tending to , the fan in the bathroom did not work , i had to clean and rinse the AC unit filters as they were clogged , and the breakfast was closed at 10am That sucked as i wanted morning food . We ordered from there out dated menus and the food was delivered hot and fresh , was decent . I wowld stay again but not on a holiday or event day as they raise there pricing 2x the amounts and the place is not worth that much in my opinion .

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time together. Salvatore’s is very romantic! However, for the price, there are some things I would note that should be unacceptable. Our jacuzzi tub, upon filling, had hair in it (obviously not our own). Our TV was glitching all night, the audio was skipping and the visuals were fragmented. On top of it, despite blasting the AC because the room was warm, it hardly blew out cold air. Regardless, we did otherwise have a great time together. Just little things that should be fixed in the future!

It was great value for the money. The style may not be to everyone’s liking but we found it to be fun; a refreshing change from chain hotels. There aren’t alot of breakfast options on site (mostly pastries and specialty coffee) but I had the best mocha I’ve ever had here. The rooms and hallways were a little tired but the service was terrific.

The lobby area was absolutely beautiful! Large, spacious, beautifully decorated for Christmas! The room itself has not been renovated, but was fine overall. I would like to stay again, but in a room that has been renovated.
