I want to express my dissatisfaction with this hotel, as it is in poor condition. On top of that, there was a smell that I can't even describe. Due to this situation, I had to spend the whole night with two elderly people on the street because we couldn't find another place until the next day.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Water was pouring from the shower light fixture in the morning. I assume it was from the guest upstairs showering. Hair dryer didn’t work, no replacement was offered.

The staff acted like they were extremely inconvenienced by our presence. The first night, a guy didn’t even greet us when waiting to check in and proceeded to play on his cell phone. When he finally did acknowledge us, he obnoxiously sang songs while checking us in among other odd behavioral tics. The next morning, a lady again was bothered that she had to put her cell phone down to assist us. The bathroom had what appeared to be burns on the toilet lid from illegal activities nor did either bathroom door shut. Stay somewhere else if the option is available!

There is a very bad smell inside the hotel and inside the rooms, looks like they are old. The air conditioner doesnt work without the fan and it is hard to sleep with the smell. The beakfast is good but the muffins felt stale and juice was bad.

The beds and sofa bed are horrible. Bring your own pillow as the ones given are very flat. The air conditioner is very loud and musty air. The room was clean and updated with decor but as mentioned the beds we're horrible, so uncomfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

My room was fine. But the place needed to be vacuumed. The staff was rather noisy at 8a.m. In the hallways. Some people could still be sleeping. The Breakfast was AWFUL. Why do they even bother?? Cold crumbled eggs, little coffee was left. I know it’s free, so I walked away.
