Dirty and disrepair
I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the reviews. We booked a night before a flight and a night after a flight. Both rooms had curtains that were not right (first room the curtains were not level and would not stay shut, kept sliding down and opened). The second room had curtains/shades that were not even on the track. The shower pressure was very good and the pillows were comfortable. There are lots of scuffs on the walls and the lobby both times needed mopped desperately. While I understand Buffalo after a snow is hard to keep up with mopping the salt up but we checked in for one room after midnight where there wasn’t anyone else around and it definitely could’ve been mopped. I will not book here again even with the low price point.
