Good, Not Great Experience
Everything was fine except for the location of the room itself. It is located on the first floor next to the cleaning supply closet and pool areas. So, you'd often hear doors opening and closing in the hallway throughout the night. However, the worst part was, given its location, no matter how I arranged the curtains, the floodlight glare would shine in from outside preventing me from getting a full night's restful sleep. I'd recommend this place for its convenient location to the Buffalo area and its affordability, but make sure you ask for a room on floors 2+.

Property was clean but dated. Reminded me of a motel. Staff was polite. Room was clean. Had an issue with toilet not working, staff fixed but broke again. Pool and hot tub were good. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it’s not horrible.

the service was good, the room was clean and scent-free including the sheets (and soaps/shampoos were not strongly scented) there are many people like me with scent sensitivities so spraying stuff in the hallways and having some kind of scented "air freshener" in the lobby wasn't great and frankly this is not necessary... it would be great if they had some alternative milk for breakfast but otherwise breakfast was good nice jacuzzi to start my day i would stay there again despite the scents but hope that can be changed in future
