Just an opinion that they should have provided at least two water bottles for two guests on complementary basis. When i inquired they said you need to buy them from the snack shop they had which i didnt like. Otherwise overall experience was good.

Stay was pretty, good unfortunately there wifi was down our entire stay. As we were travelling from Canada and didn’t want to pay extra for a roaming data plan this was definitely a downfall.

I shared our concerns with management. Outside door was not lockable. Safety issue in my view. Staff said they would fix it but was still broken in the morning. Felt very unsafe. Peeling wallpaper. Roaches in room. Pool was dirty. Real run down. Probably was once a very nice hotel.

For a short stay, it was not that great. The bath tub and toilet were clogging. The location is great for shopping on transit & sheridan. breakfast was not good.

Great property for the price! Spacious and clean room. Great free breakfast in the morning. The WIFI was down while I was there which was a minor inconvenience, I had phone data so made it work. Rooms are fantastic with a mini kitchen, tv space and separate bedroom. Perfect if you want to save on eating out while travelling! I will definitely book this place again!

The room itself was excellent! Spacious, clean, a full kitchen (not that we used it but it's good to know for the next time. I used the pool, the exercise room, watched the fire pit from our room...all wonderful. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Lots of food but ecologically a disaster adding lots of garbage. Pancake dispenser wasn't working properly, syrup was not nice and the milk on my cereal didn't taste 'right'. I will definitely be back to try again!!

Staff were nice. Too bad the hotel is awful. Was told a big renovation is coming in November. We had to change rooms and then we left the next day instead I’d staying. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, gross bathroom, stained furniture etc. after Reno it should be a lot better as there is a lot of potential. Rooms are big but smell badly.
