The hotel canceled our booking and did not tell us. We were stuck and had to book a much smaller room. Expedia came through in assisting us! Would not recommend this hotel. Service and hotel have good down hill since it came under new management.

This property should not advertise that they have airport shuttle service. I waited almost 40 minutes in extremely cold weather for a pick up at the airport, after initially being told by the uninformed staff person answering the phone that they don't have shuttle service that late (even though I called in advance to make sure that they did). This ended up very negatively impacting the rest of my trip. In addition. the shuttle driver taking me back to the airport the next day to get my rental car went on a long unprovoked rant about politics and how women should stay at home and not try to get involved in politics, they are meant to have babies, on & on in spite of my protests. It was horrible and I feel like he should not be in any job where he's going to rant like that- to a WOMAN, no less!! Very, very offensive. In spite of the room being decent, the shuttle experience both ways (in addition to have to wait for the shuttle in the morning in spite of requesting at check-in that a shuttle pick me up at 9 am) absolutely ruined my stay. Never again.

Honestly... NOT that bad
Honestly, from the reviews I was expecting it to be awful. But while it was dated and somewhat run down, for what I paid, I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean although not in great repair and outdated. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again.

The Jacuzzi tub leaked out the bottom. Soaked the carpet and smelled terrible. Room was dirty, and staff would do nothing to fix our predicament.

Do not stay at this Hotel.
Hotel is run down. Read all the negative reviews. They are all accurate. Positive reviews are fakes. Room smelled horrible. Pool is disgusting. Wall paper falling off walls. Elevator call button broken. Asked for two rooms together. They put us as far apart as possible. Hotel not near airport. Hotel is not in Williamsville. Rooms not made up. You have to beg for clean towels.

The overall stay was well. the hotel staff was nice and polite. The pull out bed was not comfortable. There was no sheets so need to get some from front desk which was annoying since I had checked in so late. They did not have any pillows so had to take of the bed.

Large, clean room. Room needed cosmetic repairs-wallpaper peeling, cupboards very old, faucets leak. Surprisingly quiet as it is nestled between very busy streets. Understaffed-no housekeeping for 3 days.

Clean. Very dated sofa had rips, cupboards were worn, BTW bring your adapter plugs NO charging ports at all!!! It was like the 60's. Complained about other guest noise, staff did nothing. Sounded like the upstairs guests were running track or bowling. I'll never stay at this hotel. I thought the Wyndham brand was a reliable good place to stay. This place proved me wrong.
