False Advertising & Terrible Customer S

I booked a stay through Hotels.com at the Fairbridge Express Inn based on the photos and description listed on their site. What a mistake! The images on the website are *completely misleading*—they’re clearly outdated and do *not* represent the actual condition of the property. When I arrived, I was shocked by how run-down and poorly maintained the place was compared to what I saw online. I immediately submitted a dispute with Hotels.com at the time of check-in, thinking they’d stand by their word and help resolve the issue. They assured me they would "handle the case." Days later, I received an email stating my dispute was denied and that I wouldn’t be receiving a refund—no explanation, no accountability. I trusted Hotels.com to provide accurate information and support when issues arise, but clearly, they do not vet their listings or stand by their customers. This was a frustrating experience. Be cautious when booking through this site.

This place is a trap house hotel. People selling crack out the rooms. Verry dirty and filthy . Toilet was leaking in the room and mattresses dirty

I liked the location, accessibility, and affordability. The bathroom walls were dirty. There was barely any hot water. The duvet, linens, and towels were stained and dirty. There was visible body fluids on the sheets. The mattress was covered in cigarette burns. The bathtub had hair from the previous guest. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and bed sheets.

The room was booked as a place to stay for our early flight the next day. The location was good but the rooms smelled of smoke and there was cigarette burns in our blankets. The staff checking us in were there for a pay cheque and were more interested in their conversation between each other than you. Overall you get what you pay for but I’ll be staying elsewhere next time.

Old hotel in need of an upgrade. The carpets are old and have a smell as you walk the corridors. The bathtub is old and peeled. The bed covering was stained. The receptionist changed my room and that room has a hole in the wall at a corner so he cbanged it one more time

The heat was set on 86 degrees and the room was freezing, towels were a tan color, sheets and blankets had cigarette burns, hair in the bathrooms… Overall terrible
