The hotel only had a few cars in the lot so it was not anywhere near booked. At 9 pm they put a very loud. Sick man right next to us instead of putting him a few rooms down. It was very unsettling and kept us up all night.

The staff are fantastic and care about their guests’ experiences. I am recovering from knee surgery and needed a shower chair, which the hotel was able to provide for me. It was already set up in our room when we arrived. I appreciated this very much! The hotel is very clean and well kept. The spa is wonderful and so are the restaurants and bar attached to the hotel. Convenient for lots of shopping as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Booked the room for Valentine's weekend , unfortunately wasnt able to stay the whole time due to car issues but we stayed the first night and our stay was awesome!! Shower was great!! The room TV could be just a bit bigger the restaurants and lay out of the entire hotel was beautiful, so clean and stuff was friendly besides the over night crew 😕 the night shift desk lady I think her name was Selina , was not so kind, or helpful. When we went to check out they gave us a $50 gift card due to how the lady was for the night shift, and offered us a deal next time we came to stay. Overall the place was beautiful. If you would like to eat at the restaurant at the hotel , if suggest making a reservation first. If not , not guaranteed a table

I loved all the chandeliers, truly gorgeous hotel. Dinning experience in room was amazing. Restaurant was fully booked but as guest of the hotel able to order from PRIME menu. The hotel room it self could have been cleaner. There were thumbtacks in the ceiling corners as if someone had hung a banner at one point, left over frozen food in the fridge, and toilet area was lacking in cleanliness. That was disappointing but other than that we did enjoy our stay

I have been staying here a few times year for the last few years- the property is showing its age and is in need of a refresh- especially the corridor carpeting. The room was not very clean- especially the shower upon check in (had mold growing on the tile) They did move us to another room which was nice. Staff is great- needs longer food and drink hours!

Hotel was very clean and quiet But it is a spa hotel Yet the Kleenex and tp were 1ply Really cheap! We felt that it is so telling if you go cheap in a good hotel Also for a spa hotel You got to have robes Someone is missing the point on there image If it is a great hotel you have to follow through with quality It does not cost much to do that Not impressed
