We arrived after 2 long flights from the UK, very tired and stressed. Hotel Shuttle came within 10 minutes of us calling. Guy was very polite and helpful. The staff on the desk were lovely and checked us in quickly. Its a little noisy in the room due to the busy highway nearby and guests up and out early banging doors, but thats not the hotels fault. The beds were comfy and a great walk in shower. Clean and ideal for our one night sleep. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and fresh.The staff are literally gems!!! They were so helpful and nice, they chatted with us and helped us with our plans. Letting us know that the shuttle could even drop us at a nearby restaurant on our return journey!! The staff were the absolute best.especially Lee our shuttle driver and Tenee and Ayanah. Keep smiling guys, you made 2 jet lagged Engligh travellers happy. see you on 23rd June ready for our journey home. thankyou so much , the Macklins from Manchester. Uk

Efficient layout, eco-friendly. Convenient location. 1st day breakfast was great. I left a tip. 2nd day breakfast was disappointing. Juice was watery, orange juice and cranberry, especially. Pancake maker was not working. Only protein items were pork. I do not eat pork. There was chicken sausage the previous day.

It's uniqueness and family friendly atmosphere. My niece loved the waiting area where you can hang around like a college campus lounge. It had that vibe and friendly staff put us at ease all the time.

Clean, and great for family stay

Bathroom's register grill is missing, and toilet's handle for vanishing was lose Fo me it wasnt a red flag thing, im fine cuz on the other side if i need a help there is always someone to help me So I enjoy staying here and recommend it for you family trips
