Property comes highly rated and is close to downtown Buffalo. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned properly (two dirty wash cloths hanging in tub area, microwave filthy, hair in toilet area) so it wasn’t a great start to our stay. Staff moved us to a different room and left us a note apologizing for the inconvenience as well as a few small bottles of champagne and chocolates. Overall we thought rooms were dated and staff for the most part were not all that friendly. We would definitely pick a different hotel on our next visit to Buffalo.

Don’t stay here

The hotel room was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The sheets and the beds were clean which is the only reason we stayed but we door dashed Clorox wipes to clean the room ourselves because it had not been touched since the last guest. Crumbs everywhere, the toilet has stains on it, the refrigerator had spills all inside it. No care had gone into cleaning this room whatsoever.
