Disrupted sleep

Beautiful new facility with excellent bedding, decor & function. HOWEVER, shower head is 8 fr high, lighting is terrible in the bathroom & something (probably the frig) made a very loud mechanical noise numerous times throughout both nights of our stay causing disrupted unrestful sleep.

They room I chose was supposed to be a King Suite w/a couch and was told upon check in, they could see it but said it was a type C choice and they have the right to change it and they gave me a room w/2 queens.
