I thought I was booking in Laughlin NV not Bullhead. Staff was fine. Walls not sound proof. Was woken up by the guy next door...snoring...😠

The staff made this stay worth it. They were fantastic. The hotel its self is older. If you expect a 5 star resort at these prices you will be let down.
We never spent the night there, the room was very dirty and bathroom was very nasty. I asked for a refund a they did not want to give me one. This motel it’s very bad.
There’s also a lot of weird people around.
The room was old, which would have not been a problem if it were clean! I had a king suite with river view, there was a coffee maker, NO coffee, NO coffee cups, ONE bath towel, and the room was not cleaned well at all. The river view was nice
Couldn’t lock door. No one on premises. Door lock until after 8:00 am. One person came in late and key wouldn’t work and they slept in car! It was a nightmare!
The staff underneath the management was friendly. However management just ruined the experience of things i normally would have overlooked. My rooms doorlock/key reader had to be switched out because the room i booked was the only one of it’s kind in the property. Maintenance guy was on point. Then the key had to be resynced several times cause it just stopped working(yes i kept the key away from my phone and separate from my wallet. Management complained about their screw up and threatened to have me removed because i was irritated about a 150$ charge that should not have happened, then decided i didn’t know what I was talking about when i told her how the maintenance had to fix my room key and it needed to be programmed differently, only to have maintenance guy tell her exactly what I told her and then somehow still made it to be my fault that her equipment was faulty. Get new management, that lady is out of her mind.
