There was blood in a and wall .. boogers all over bathroom door as well as literal mud running down the door .. I had to walk across the whole property to get to the office to get toilet paper at 1:30 am as there was barely any in the roll when we checked in.

We have stayed here multiple times as the rooms are decent for a reasonable price. Beds are good, linens are adequate, wall mounted big TV with a selection of channels, fridge, microwave, and good internet. Good water pressure and shower head in the bathroom. Restaurants close by. My main quibble are the floors. Hard floors, so, way better than grimy carpet, but still, housekeeping is not cleaning the floors properly - dirty mop, dirty water, equals freshly mopped still dirty floor. Walking barefoot or sock-foot in the room will dirty your feet. For people in wheelchairs - the room near the office with the roll-in shower has a spacious bathroom, but the bedroom is very tight, with barely enough room to get the chair from the front door to the bathroom. The "desk" area is smack-dab in the middle of that narrow path between the foot of the bed and the opposing wall TV/desk wall. Zero space to wedge your chair in there. I tried using the night-stand as a desk, but that did not work either. Usually in cases like this I make-shift with an ironing board for my laptop, but the room did not have one. Also, we put the spare room chair in the bathroom just to have a surface to put our toiletries - there are no shelves, no sink counter, no place to put a toothbrush or even set down a toiletry bag. If you don't need the roll-in shower, get a room on the ground floor of the 3-story building - way more roomy and has a bathroom counter and a wheelchair friendly table.
