Floor in the room on the second had a hole the size of a baseball in it. Only carpet covered it. Housekeeping left what looked like a wad of snot/spit dried on a coffee table in the room. Carpets in the hall were oil stained and shredding.

It sucked...mildew in bathroom/around room ac unit, filthy floor (didnt want to walk barefoot in room). booked 2 queen beds, got 1 king w/no couch mattress ...for 2 adults and a kid
