Very nice and helpful staff members, beautiful and very spacious rooms. Amazing breakfast.

The apartment was pretty good, clean, bright, spacious. Can be used for a long stay as well as for business purposes. Very nice view. I booked a garden view one. Definitely going to consider it for my future trips.

The gym, which is advertised as open all hours was closed for a 2-hour cleaning session

They don’t provide you wish wash cloths. Also the air conditioner don’t work.

We had an excellent stay and would gladly give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spotless, the property was beautifully maintained, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location was very convenient with easy access to restaurants, museums, and other attractions. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, and any questions we had. The only suggestion for improvement would be the pool and hot tub area. Since day passes are available to outside visitors, it became quite crowded and noisy at times. Limiting the number of outside guests during busy hours and making the hot tub adults only would create a much more relaxing experience for hotel guests. Overall, this is an excellent hotel, and we would definitely stay here again.
